Moi University Admission letters for the 2024 KUCCPS Students are now available for download at the institution website. To download the signed admission letter, submit your KCSE your index number in the field provided.
How to Download the Moi University Admission Letters
To download, your admission letter and other information regarding your acceptance into Moi University online, Visit https://muhms.mu.ac.ke/admission_download, Enter your KCSE Index number to download your admission letter, fee structure, and all other admission forms.
Fee Payment
- NO student shall be registered in the University without paying fees.
- Kenyan students are advised to apply for a loan from the Higher Education Loans Board by 31st of July 2024
- Students are required to pay fees in Banker’s Draft.
Please note that the fees are payable at the beginning of every year or at the beginning of every semester.
HELB Loans Application

Hostel Booking/Accommodation
Moi University room booking University online hostel booking is available on the Students portal and will be open for application to first-year students on 10th August 2022.
Admission to Moi University does not automatically guarantee you a place in the Hall of Residence. In any case, you are not offered a place in the Halls of Residence, you are allowed to make your own private arrangements.
First-year students who need accommodation within the campus are required to apply for the same online at www.muhms.mu.ac.ke. See Moi University online hostel booking procedure here
